Discover the Lot on two wheels !

The Lot Valley véloroute runs alongside the river for 86km down carefully-marked, gently-undulating cycle paths. From where the Lot meets the Garonne, cycle past the town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and right up to the Bonaguil fortified château. This riverside circuit is perfect for cyclists who want to drink in the wonderful scenery along the way, with green expanses of countryside, orchards, fortified towns and farms.

Please remember that véloroute cycle paths are not reserved only for cyclists, and are sometimes used by motor vehicles. There are usually very few cars on véloroutes, but traffic can sometimes be busy on short sections of the circuit. 

The cycling circuit leaves Lot-et-Garonne and goes into the Lot region for 80km, up to Cahors.
