From its confluence with the Garonne up to Flaran, the Baïse flows for 65 km through the Armagnac countryside, where Henry IV spent his youth. Set sail from Buzet-sur-Baïse, where the Canal du Garonne meets the Baïse. Take the Baïse’s winding route past the fortified town of Vianne and the Moulin des Tours in Barbaste, before stopping off at Nérac, the valley’s most beautiful marina. From Nérac, take the Albret scenic railway to the medieval town of Mézin, before finally arriving in Moncrabeau, where you will discover the famous “Circuit des Menteurs”, or Liars’ Trail.
